By activating your free trial to Validea Canada, you agree to the following terms of use:
Free Trial You will receive a free trial to evaluate our services. You will have full access to our website during the free trial. You will NOT be charged if you unsubscribe before your free trial is up. You can cancel at any time by sending an email to billing@validea.ca. After the completion of the free trial, you will be charged the quarterly, monthly or annual subscription fee and will become a subscriber to Validea Canada until you cancel. Subscription Renewal After your free trial, your subscription will automatically renew each period until you notify us of your intent to cancel. Your account can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to billing@validea.ca. Refund Policy Quarterly Plan Quarterly subscribers beyond their trial period who are not in the final month of their current subscription period are entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the number of unused months remaining in their subscription period. There are no refunds on quarterly plans after the first 60 days of each membership period. Annual Plan Annual subscribers beyond their trial period are entitled to a prorated refund for their fully unused months within the first 60 days of signup or within the first 60 days after annual renewal. There are no refunds on annual plans after the first 60 days of each membership period. Monthly Plan We do not offer refunds on our monthly plan after the trial period has expired. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Validea and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, as a result of your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the terms of use, or your violation of any rights of another. Resale or Reuse of Service You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
